Beinfield Architecture PC, an award-winning, firm, seeks an Architectural Intern with an entry level knowledge of architectural design.

Responsibilities may include involvement in all phases of design, production and construction drawings. 

Applicants seeking a Bachelors or Masters of Architecture Degree must be responsible, well-organized; strong AutoCAD/Revit skills; strong communications skills, both written and spoken.  Daily tasks will include assisting architects on residential or commercial projects.

Office Manager Position Available

We are looking for a new addition to the Beinfield team who is ready to kick architectural butt! Know anyone? Please pass this job posting along...


Award-winning architectural firm seeks experienced Office Manager with strong written and oral communication skills to take ownership off all office support systems in a creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
·         Bookkeeping including A/P, A/R, client billing, reconciliations, P&L management, payroll, etc.
·         Human resource operations including recruiting, hiring processes, managing and administering benefits, sick/vacation tracking, and on-going feedback
·         Maintaining all aspects of office environment including answering phones, first client/visitor interaction, banking, supplies, organization, and office-wide systems
·         Management of all office consultants and maintenance agreements i.e. phones, computers, printers, etc.
·         Keep current all medical, professional and liability insurances as well as W-9s, Certificates of Insurance, and Client and Consultant contracts
·         Update all promotional/marketing materials, create contracts, write and/or proof-read letters and proposals
·         Opportunities exist beyond these responsibilities including web site management, social media marketing, graphic design, etc.

Experience and Qualities:
·         Previous successful experience as Office Manager or similar role; architectural or other creative industry preferred
·         Excellent written and oral communication skills
·         Works well independently, intelligent, self-motivated
·         Takes ownership and initiative
·         Appreciates working in a creative environment
·         Professional and personable
·         Ethical and transparent
·         Understanding of professional liability issues specific to the construction industry a plus

Required Technical Skills:
·         Proficiency in bookkeeping and Quickbooks a must
·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
·         Knowledge of Photoshop and Quark a plus
