A modern twist within a traditional frame

We are excited to learn that we are recipients of an AIA Alice Washburn Award for this new build in Darien! 

Jury comments are as follows: 

The house nestles into the landscape. It is nicely detailed, a modern interpretation of farmhouse forms. Well designed, it fits beautifully into the landscape. The bridge concept ties the interior and exterior together, creating a nice relationship spatially.
